The exclusive ocean front Town of Golden Beach sits on 1.8 miles along State Road A1A, between Sunny Isles Beach to the south, Hallandale Beach to the north, and bounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east and west respectively. Nestled in exclusivity and privacy, Golden Beach is conveniently located within a short driving distance to both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports, and just minutes from fine dining, professional sports venues, and world class shopping centers such Aventura Mall and world renowned Bal Harbour Shops.
 
Incorporated in 1929, this unique enclave of 370 single-family homes is an oasis amongst the many condominium towers and commercial properties in the area. As you drive north on A1A, there is no question you are in Golden Beach, as the scenery immediately  shifts from 30-story towers to spectacular oceanfront estates. Seventy percent of the homes in this quiet community are waterfront, and approximately thirty percent are dry. Crime is not a factor as the town is gated, and has its own private police force patrolling 24 hours per day.
