Prior to her real estate career, Lydia was employed as a real estate loan officer at Skylake State Bank for 5 years. At Skylake, she specialized in providing mortgages for apartment buildings, warehouses, and strip centers, both locally and nationally. Since her employment at Harding Realty, Inc. she has more than 150 million in sales, and is one of our top producers. Her areas of specialty are single family homes in Golden Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor, Miami Beach and Surfside. She is bilingual, and has a large international customer base. In addition to single-family properties, Lydia also has expertise in the marketing and sale of condominiums in the Miami Beach area, the management of multi-family property, and the marketing and sale of bank-owned prperties (REO's).
